Position Overview:
As a Senior Salesperson at Knew Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth. You will be responsible for selling our products/services primarily through phone and email outreach, including making outbound sales calls to potential clients. Your experience in customer service and sales, particularly in healthcare, insurance, or a related field, will be a valuable asset in achieving your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services and addressing their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous Sales experience in the healthcare industry, insurance industry, or a related field is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
