Responsible for growing Knew Health’s membership base and brand with direct response email funnels, email marketing automation, livestream/webinar, list generation, and customer delight.
- Utilize all available and appropriate communication channels to grow membership including email, lead magnets, direct mail, website/landing pages, social media, email, paid media, and mobile/text platforms.
- Plans, manages, and monitors monthly advertising campaign calendars and plans.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including graphic design and sales to ensure all are clear on campaigns and that timelines are met.
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure direct response email/web copy is well tested, high-quality and high-performing.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of direct response funnel and email marketing automation experience (including strategy, execution and marketing operations.)
- Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing.
- A proven track record executing direct response campaigns and programs that met revenue goals and business objectives (strategy, execution and analysis of direct mail, email, web, etc.)
- Analytical ability to analyze campaigns, A/B test, and optimize toward better results. Must know how to direct marketing tests, that support company hypotheses and deliver actionable learnings.
- Must possess ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet challenging deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented.
