The Knew Health PPO will be a national network of functional medicine doctors and nurse practitioners available to deliver consistent and reliable care to select Knew Health Community members.

The Knew Health Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) will be a nationwide community of doctors (MDs and DOs) and nurse practitioners, dedicated to tackling today’s chronic disease epidemic.

Knew Health uses its online network of Health Coaches, in conjunction with its network of functional medicine doctors and nurses to provide the most effective and personal healthcare solution.

The PPO network is overseen by Knew Health’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jeff Gladd, MD to ensure consistent and effective healthcare delivery.

We are now accepting provider applications and intend to select and correspond with qualified providers in January 2019 toward the goal of offering services by mid-2019.

Improved Communications with Providers

Combining training and experience in integrative and functional medicine with improved access via telemedicine, PPO members receive referrals from Knew Health to provide root cause resolution consultation and care to select members of the Knew Health Community.

The First Truly Effective Delivery Model

These patient referrals are sourced by Knew Health’s efforts, and are all pre-educated and pre-coached in the functional medicine lifestyle.

This leads to better outcomes, better provider satisfaction and the first truly efficient delivery model for functional medicine.

PPO providers can practice part-time or full-time, are paid directly without the headaches of billing insurance and are supported by Knew Health.
