How do I enter the lottery? To enter the giveaway, sign up as a new member of Knew Health through our website here. You will also need to fill out all required contact and payment fields.

When is the duration for the lottery? The participation period for this lottery will begin at 12:01 AM EST on Monday, November 25, 2019 and will end at 11:59 PM PST on Friday, November 29, 2019.

Can I submit more than one entry to the lottery? No, each participant will only be added as one entry based on one membership sign-up, regardless if it’s for themselves or additional family members. 

How will the winner be selected? All new members qualify to receive 2 additional health coaching sessions, free enrollment, a $100 Visa Gift Card and a $300 amazon gift card. One winner will be chosen at random on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 and will receive the $1,100 Apple gift card. 

When will the winner be announced? The winner of the Apple Gift Card will be announced on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 via email and a social post.

How many winners will there be? We’ll select one grand prize winner who will receive the Apple Gift card. All other new members who enrolled during the time period of this promotion, will qualify for the other discounts and promotions offered (2 free health coaching sessions, free enrollment, a $100 Visa Gift Card  and a $300 Amazon gift card).
